Filo Receives Conditional Approval for Delisting from Nasdaq First North Growth Market

08:12 AM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Filo ( FLMMF ) on Monday said Nasdaq First North Growth Market has conditionally approved the delisting of the company's common shares from the stock exchange following the closing of Filo's ( FLMMF ) acquisition by BHP Investments Canada, a unit of BHP Group, and Lundin Mining.

Shares of the company closed up $0.31, or 0.1%, at $31.69 on Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
