Paints sector is going to be extremely promising, said Prakash Diwan, market expert, adding that Asian Paints was looking at expanding and Berger Paints was looking at growth with its high margin business.

"So this segment probably will be one of those front-runners in terms of a revival that you see in consumption,” he said.

“I would definitely go ahead and buy some of the paint companies, Asian Paints is one of the best picks right now,” he added.

Talking about Jubilant Foodworks, he said that the company would continue to do well. "That is an interesting play for a long-term investor to buy in."
