Intraday trading volume catapulted to over 7.4 million from the shares' daily average of about 2.13 million.

Cloudflare ( NET ) reported overnight higher Q4 non-GAAP earnings and revenue, and Truist Securities raised its price target to $175 from $140 while maintaining a buy rating on the stock.
