2020 has been a year with lot of uncertainty for businesses and primary market. However, the secondary market has been buzzing, especially in the last three months.
So far in 2020, 12 IPOs have raised nearly Rs 25,000 crore, which compares with 16 in 2019, 24 in 2018 and 38 in 2017.
Despite lesser number of IPOs, the amount raised in 2020 is in fact higher than 2019 by 96 percent at Rs 24,962 crore.
