08:53 AM EDT, 05/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Health care stocks were steady pre-bell Wednesday, with the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) and the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) both unchanged.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries ( TEVA ) shares were up past 5% after the company reported higher Q1 non-GAAP earnings and revenue.
