The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares ( FAS ) was up 3.6% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares ( FAZ ) was 3.4% lower.

Dun & Bradstreet Holdings ( DNB ) has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Clearlake Capital Group in a deal valued at $7.7 billion, Clearlake said. Shares of Dun & Bradstreet Holdings ( DNB ) were up more than 3% premarket.
