- Bain Capital is in talks to acquire Mitsubishi Chemical
Group's ( MTLHF ) pharmaceutical business in a potential
multibillion-dollar deal, possibly amounting to $3.21 billion.
- Singapore-based Olam Group is close to
announcing a deal to sell the remainder of its stake in its
agricultural products business to the state-owned Saudi
Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company.
- President Donald Trump signed executive orders to overhaul
border and energy policies and end diversity programs across the
federal government, unwinding signature Biden administration
policies on the first day of his second term.
- The union workers of Costco Wholesale ( COST ) have
