Newegg Commerce Board Approves 20-to-1 Share Combination

07:56 AM EDT, 03/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newegg Commerce ( NEGG ) said Friday its board approved a 20-to-1 combination of its common shares in a bid to allow the company to continue to meet Nasdaq's minimum listing requirements.

The company expects its shares to start trading on a combined basis on or around April 7.

Newegg shares were down 3.9% in recent premarket activity.
