Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico Issues $283.8 Million in Bonds

04:08 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (PAC) said Thursday that it issued about 56.5 million long-term bond certificates in Mexico with a five-year maturity at a nominal value of 100 pesos ($5.02) for a total value of about 5.65 billion pesos.

The company said the order book reached an over-subscription of 1.2 times over the original amount.

The proceeds from the bond issuance will be used to pay down other debt, fulfill committed capital investments, and make commercial investments.
