07:33 AM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Endeavour Silver Corp. ( EXK ) reported Monday an adjusted EPS of US$0.02 in the fourth quarter of 2023, declining 50% year over year from US$0.04.
Revenue fell 38% to US$50.5 million while silver equivalent production sank 18% to 2.2 million ounces.
For full-year 2023, the miner's adjusted EPS plummeted to US$0.01 from US$0.04 as revenue dropped 2% to US$205.5 million. Silver equivalent output was down 3% to 8.7 million ounces.
"From a cost perspective, all Mexican miners faced overarching challenges, with persistent cost pressures across various channels," CEO Dan Dickson said. "With operating costs at their peak, we remain focused on cost discipline to offset inflationary and foreign exchange pressures while improving productivity."
The company was up 3.7% at last look in US pre-market trading.
