April 10 (Reuters) - Greek industrial output declined by
0.1% year-on-year in February, after an upwardly revised 2.7%
increase in January, data from statistics service ELSTAT showed
on Thursday.
A breakdown of index components showed manufacturing
production rose 0.9% from the same month in 2024. Electricity
output was dropped by 5.2% year-on-year, and mining production
was up by 4.5%.
Compared to the same month a year earlier, in February the
greatest percentage increase was recorded in the mining of coal
and lignite, while the highest percentage decrease was recorded
in the other transport equipment division, ELSTAT said.
