United Spirits Ltd (USL) will report its fourth-quarter earnings on Wednesday and analysts are expecting revenue growth of around 6 percent at Rs 2,300 crore.
The EBITDA is expected to grow by around 16 percent, margin seems to expand by around 90 basis points (bps).
The street expects the profits to decline because in the last quarter it had a one-time income of around Rs 121 crore.
Analysts are keenly watching the volume growth of the company. There are two segments, one is the prestige and above (P&A) segment which contributes around 66 percent of the total revenues. The growth in prestige and above (P&A) segment is expected either to be flat or to be at around 1-2 percent level. In the popular segment, a decline of around 1-2 percent is expected in volume growth.
