GOQii has experienced a lot of duress due to Flipkart's deep discounts, alleged Vishal Gondal, founder of fitness wearables provider.

"Our customers have cancelled orders... also, if you see Twitter, there are a lot of people complaining about getting fake products, damaged goods, second-hand products. So there has also been a very big problem with GOQii's brand image in the minds of consumers because of this," said Gondal in an interview with CNBC-TV18.

GOQii has taken legal action against Flipkart over deep discounts on its marketplace. The company has alleged that Flipkart is selling its products at 70 to 80 percent discount which is unauthorised.

"As far as the order is concerned, this week there is a hearing and we will see what Flipkart has to reply and other sellers who are part of the case," added Gondal.
