As the Committee of Creditors (CoC) readies to finalise sale of Ruchi Soya, Adani Wilmar has now revised it's bid higher to pose a tough competition to Patanjali, said sources. Adani Wilmer’s total offer now stands at Rs 4,350 crore.

In a tough bid environment, lenders are considering a Swiss Auction for the first time in an IBC process for value maximisation.
