After selling a part of its Indian business to Zydus Wellness, Kraft Heinz is all set to enter into a distribution partnership with Indo Nissin Foods, said sources familiar with the matter.
Indo Nissin will distribute Kraft Heinz's tomato ketchup in India, sources told CNBC-TV18, requesting anonymity, adding that the US food company is also planning to bring some of its global brands to the country.
Last year, in a $627.18 million deal, Kraft Heinz sold some of its brands in India, including malt-based drink Complan and energy drink Glucon-D, to Zydus Wellness Ltd and its parent Cadila Healthcare Ltd.
