Expect 15-20% of revenue growth in FY19, says Mandhana Retail Ventures
May 29, 2018 6:19 AM

We are expecting 15-20% of revenue growth in FY19, said Hemant Gupta, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Mandhana Retail Ventures.

"We are looking at a growth of 15-20%, in which most important part will be the like to like growth, which is approximately 10% we are targeting. This year, is the year of consolidation," said Gupta.

He said, "Last year was a tough year, because of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) roll out. This year is going to be a normal year."

"So earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) is going to increase and we are looking forward for at least 25-30% improvement in our EBITDA margins. So we are targeting 11-12% this year,” he said to CNBC-TV18's Reema Tendulkar and Nigel D'Souza.

Gupta said the company is targeting the expansion in tier-II and tier-III cities.

Renowned investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala continues to be the shareholder and no offloading has taken place, he added.

Mandhana Retail Ventures, which holds licences to manufacture and sell Bollywood actor Salman Khan's Being Human brand of clothing and fashion accessories, posted a decent revenue growth this quarter.
