Amazon Great Indian Sale starts on January 20: Here are the deals and discounts

Amazon India has announced the dates of its Great Indian Sale, the first big online sale of 2019.

The Amazon Great Indian Sale will be held between January 20 and January 23, 2019, where the ecommerce company will provide discounts on products in many categories.

In this sale, Amazon Prime members will get a 12-hour early access to major deals on January 19. There are offers on HDFC debit and credit cards, along with EMI and quick credit options. Customers can shop from over 170 million products across various categories.

Under the Great Indian Sale, smartphones brands like Samsung Galaxy phones, iPhones, Honor, Realme, Xiaomi and more will be up on offer.

Further, there are some exclusive privileges for Prime members as well. The upcoming deals include up to Rs 3,000 off on Amazon Devices including Amazon Echo, FireTV Stick and Kindle eReaders.

"As the most trusted and visited ecommerce destination, we are geared up to serve our customers with blockbuster deals from lakhs of sellers. The Amazon Great Indian Sale will have great deals across a wide range of products including smartphones, consumer electronics, fashion, home & kitchen, large appliances, daily essentials and more," said Manish Tiwary, vice president - category management, Amazon India.

"With no-cost EMI on debit and credit cards and Bajaj Finserv Cards, fast delivery & installation of appliances, exchange of mobile phones and large appliances, instant bank discounts and lots more, customers can look forward to an exciting sale on Amazon.in," he added.

Earlier, Amazon's rival, Flipkart announced its 'Republic Day Sale' starting from January 20 to 22.
