Ahead of the general elections in 2019, social media giant Twitter is planning to host public interviews of political leader, commentators and student union leaders on its BlueRoom platform, Business Standard reported.
"BlueRoom is a spot to host interviews, Q&As, performances and more. Twitter plans to now have various leaders to come to its offices and answer questions asked by Twitter users. There will also be a moderator, and the answers will be broadcast live. The company is fine-tuning the concept and zeroing in on the people who could be invited for interviews," sources told the paper.
Till now, the social media giant has used its BlueRoom platform for chats between fans and actors, celebrity chefs, singers and rappers.
