Tirupattur is an Assembly constituency in the Vellore district, in the North region of Tamil Nadu.

The Tirupattur constituency went to polls on April 6, 2021.

In the 2016 Assembly elections, Tirupattur was won by A Nallathambi of DMK.

Before that, in the 2011 elections, the seat was held by KG Ramesh of AIADMK.

In the 2016 assembly polls, A Nallathambi garnered 80,791 votes, securing over 45.43 percent of the vote share, and winning the seat by a margin of 7,647 votes.

In percentage terms, the victory margin was 4.3 percent.

The constituency polled 1,77,991 votes in the 2016 Tamil Nadu assembly polls with a voter turnout of 79.13 percent.

The Tirupattur constituency has a literacy level of 79.65 percent.

A total of 18 candidates stood in the 2016 elections.
