An earthquake of magnitude 4.6 hit Delhi and adjoining areas on Friday evening. The epicentre of the earthquake was Rohtak in Haryana, said the National Center for Seismology (NCS).

There was no report of any loss of life or property due to the quake in the national capital.

Several low-intensity earthquakes have hit the national capital since April.
