Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has written a letter to President Ram Nath Kovind objecting to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech in Hubli, Karnataka.

The letter signed by Manmohan Singh and senior Congress leaders has asked the President to caution the Prime Minister from using 'unwarranted, threatening and intimidating language' against Congress or any other party.

In fact, a copy of Modi's speech has also been attached to the letter.
