May 22 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main stock indexes
opened muted on Wednesday as investors kept to the sidelines
ahead of AI chip leader Nvidia's ( NVDA ) quarterly results and the
Federal Reserve's policy meeting minutes later in the day.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 9.66 points, or
0.02%, at the open to 39,863.33. The S&P 500 opened lower
by 2.13 points, or 0.04%, at 5,319.28, while the Nasdaq
Composite gained 6.40 points, or 0.04%, to 16,839.02 at
the opening bell.
