The Philadelphia Semiconductor index gained 2.9%.

In corporate news, Rubrik ( RBRK ) shares jumped 26%, a day after the company reported fiscal Q4 results and guidance for fiscal Q1 and the full year that beat market expectations.

DocuSign ( DOCU ) shares surged 17% after it issued an upbeat full-year billings outlook at the midpoint and reported better-than-expected fiscal Q4 results.

SEALSQ ( LAES ) shares climbed 13%. The company said it's expanding its investment and acquisition strategy to accelerate quantum computing and AI initiatives.
