VNET Group ( VNET ) shares fell more than 10% after the company said it plans a $430 million offering of convertible senior notes due 2030.

D-Wave Quantum ( QBTS ) shares were up more than 5% after the company reported a narrower Q4 adjusted net loss. The company also issued Q1 revenue outlook above analysts' expectations.

Weibo ( WB ) shares advanced more than 1% after the company reported higher Q4 non-GAAP net income.
