Grab Holdings ( GRAB ) is advancing its plans to acquire Indonesia's GoTo Group, Bloomberg News reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. Grab Holdings ( GRAB ) shares were over 3% higher premarket.

HUYA (HUYA) shares were down nearly 2% after the company reported a decline in Q4 revenue that also missed analysts' expectations.
