Eli Lilly ( LLY ) said it doesn't have any affiliation with Hims & Hers Health ( HIMS ) , adding that its weight-loss drug Zepbound, or tirzepatide, can be prescribed by "any licensed healthcare professional." Shares of Hims & Hers Health ( HIMS ) fell by over 5% premarket.
