The Philadelphia Housing Index was shedding 0.2%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) was slipping 0.2%.
Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was up 0.1% at $87,025, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was rising 4 basis points to 4.37%.
In economic news, US gross domestic product growth was revised up to 2.4% for Q4 from a 2.3% increase in the previous estimate, compared with expectations for no revision in a survey compiled by Bloomberg.
In corporate news, Vanguard recently held talks with Carlyle (CG) and Blackstone (BX), among others, to explore potential partnerships that would market private assets to individual investors, Bloomberg reported. Carlyle shares were falling 1.6%, and Blackstone was down 2%.
