The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was up 0.2% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 0.2% lower.

First Financial Northwest ( FFNW ) shares rose past 15% after the company said the National Credit Union Administration approved the sale of its First Financial Northwest Bank subsidiary to Global Federal Credit Union.
