The Philadelphia Housing Index rose 0.4%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) climbed 0.1%.
Bitcoin (BTC-USD) gained 0.2% to $55,961, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries unchanged at 4.27%.
In corporate news, Carlyle's (CG) head of global capital markets, Brian Lindley, left the company after 13 years, Bloomberg reported. Carlyle shares rose 0.3%.
