09:04 AM EDT, 03/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Energy stocks edged lower premarket Thursday with the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE) down 0.2% recently.
The United States Oil Fund (USO) was down 0.7% and the United States Natural Gas Fund (UNG) was 1.8% lower.
Front-month US West Texas Intermediate crude oil was down 0.4% at $67.39 per barrel at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Global benchmark North Sea Brent crude oil lost 0.3% to $70.71 per barrel, and natural gas futures were 2.9% lower at $3.97 per 1 million British Thermal Units.
Berry (BRY) shares were up more than 3% after the company reported higher Q4 adjusted earnings.
