PVH (PVH) shares were up over 17% after the company reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings and revenue that topped analysts' estimates. The company also issued fiscal 2025 non-GAAP EPS guidance above analysts' expectations.
Dada Nexus ( DADA ) shares were over 4% higher after the company said it has agreed to a take-private merger deal with JD.com ( JD ) units JD Sunflower Investment and JD Sunflower Merger Sub.
On (ONON) said it will transition to a single-chief executive structure, with co-CEO Martin Hoffman to become its sole CEO, effective July 1. Shares of On were down more than 2% pre-bell.
