03:02 PM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The Chicago PMI rose to 47.6 in March from 45.5 in February, while the Dallas Federal Reserve's monthly manufacturing reading fell to minus 16.3 in March from minus 8.3 in February.

Other manufacturing data have indicated generally indicated weakness in the sector. The ISM's national index is due to be released on Tuesday.
