07:09 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yiren Digital ( YRD ) said Friday its proprietary Zhiyu Large Model has received regulatory approval for commercialization under China's Interim Measures for the Management of Generative AI Services.

The company said the approval would help in the broader deployment of Zhiyu's capabilities, which include real-time content analysis, automated contract review, multilingual translation, intelligent Q&A, and code generation.

Shares of the company rose 2% in recent premarket activity.
