Valens Semiconductor's Board Approves $10 Million Share Repurchase Program

04:18 AM EST, 11/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Valens Semiconductor ( VLN ) said Tuesday its board has approved a $10 million share repurchase program for the company's ordinary shares.

The company said that the timing and amounts of any repurchases will be based on market conditions and other factors including price and capital availability.
