WASHINGTON, Sept 6 (Reuters) - The U.S. State Department

has approved the potential sale of Sidewinder missiles to the

Netherlands for an estimated cost of $691 million, the Pentagon

said on Friday.

The principal contractor will be RTX Corp ( RTX ), the

Pentagon said.
