US Foods Unit Prices $500 Million Notes Offering

04:25 PM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- US Foods Holding ( USFD ) said Friday its US Foods Inc. unit has priced a private offering of $500 million of 5.75% senior unsecured notes due 2033, with closing expected on Oct. 3.

The proceeds will be used to repay a portion of its term loan facility, the company said.
