Update: Westshore Terminals Up 2% as It Renews a Normal-Course Issuer Bid

11:43 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- (Updates shares.)

Westshore Terminals Investment ( WTSHF ) late on Thursday said it received exchange approval for a normal-course issuer bid to buy back and cancel up to 807,118 shares, or about 1.3% of the company's outstanding stock.

The NCIB will run from April 15 through to April 14, 2026, or when the company has acquired all of the shares approved under the bid.

Under its current NCIB, which is set to expire April 14, Westshore has purchased 714,009 shares at the weighted average price of $23.15 per share.

Westshore shares were last seen up $0.54 to $23.90 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
