05:02 PM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Trimble (TRMB) late Wednesday said it received a notice late last week saying it remains out of compliance with quarterly reporting and filing requirements for companies trading on the Nasdaq stock market.
The Aug. 16 notice from Nasdaq cited the company for failing to file the Form 10-Q quarterly report for the period ended June 28 by the specified deadline earlier this month. It received a similar notice in May after missing the deadline for filing its Q1 report.
The data analytics company Wednesday night said Nasdaq regulators have granted an extension through Nov. 11 for the company to regain compliance with the market's reporting rules.
The notice has no immediate effect on the company's common stock listing on Nasdaq, the company added.
