01:10 PM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Treatment.com AI ( TREIF ) on Thursday said it closed the acquisition of Rocket Doctor, for an all-share transaction valued at US$7.7 million.

Treatment.com may issue additional shares worth up to US$6.9 million over 24 months if certain milestones are met and has also extended Rocket Doctor a loan of C$750,000.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $0.43 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
