Tianci International Prices $7 Million Common Stock Offering

04:14 AM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tianci International ( CIIT ) said late Wednesday it has priced a public offering of about 1.8 million common shares at $4 apiece for total gross proceeds of $7 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 262,500 shares.

The shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and are expected to begin trading this Thursday under the ticker "CIIT." The offering is set to close around Friday.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds for logistics promotion and marketing, recruitment of personnel, working capital and general corporate purposes.
