03:56 AM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing ( TSM ) said Thursday its March net revenue rose by 46.5% year over year to 285.96 billion New Taiwan dollars ($8.70 billion).

On a monthly basis, March net revenue rose by 10% from February, the company said.

The Taiwanese chip foundry also said Q1 revenue totaled NT$839.25 billion, a 41.6% increase year over year.
