11:24 AM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- StoneCo ( STNE ) on Wednesday reported the results of its tender offer to purchase its 3.95% senior notes due 2028.

The company said the aggregate principal amount tendered in the offer, which expired Tuesday, was about $294.6 million or almost 59% of the outstanding principal amount of the notes.

The final settlement date is expected to be on or around July 31, the company said.
