Stag Industrial Q3 Core FFO, Revenue Increase

05:25 PM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stag Industrial ( STAG ) reported Q3 core funds from operations late Tuesday of $0.60 per diluted share, up from $0.59 a year ago.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.52.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 rose to $190.7 million from $179.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $188.9 million.
