09:17 AM EST, 02/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SEALSQ ( LAES ) said Tuesday it has made an investment in ColibriTD to add its quantum-as-a-service platform into SEALSQ's ( LAES ) quantum roadmap.

The collaboration will focus on applying quantum computing to sectors such as aerospace, military, and energy by tackling complex computational challenges, according to SEALSQ ( LAES ).

The company said ColibriTD's platform will work with both current noisy quantum systems and future quantum hardware.

SEALSQ ( LAES ) added the investment will prioritize areas like random number generation and quantum attack labs in the beginning, with plans to explore applications such as temperature and electromagnetic sensors.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
