08:02 AM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Red Cat Holdings ( RCAT ) said Thursday it has entered into securities purchase agreements with certain institutional investors to sell 4.7 million shares through a registered direct offering to raise about $30 million in gross proceeds.

The offering is anticipated to close Friday, with proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, the company added.
