Red Cat Closes FlightWave Aerospace Systems Acquisition

11:37 AM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Red Cat Holdings ( RCAT ) said Thursday it closed the acquisition of FlightWave Aerospace Systems, a provider of vertical take-off and landing drones and sensor solutions.

The acquisition adds FlightWave's Blue UAS-approved Edge 130 military-grade tricopter to Red Cat's ( RCAT ) portfolio of portable unmanned reconnaissance and precision strike systems, Red Cat ( RCAT ) said.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Red Cat ( RCAT ) shares were up 2.2% in recent trading.

Price: 2.79, Change: +0.06, Percent Change: +2.20
