New York Community Bancorp Board Approves 1-for-3 Reverse Stock Split

08:24 AM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- New York Community Bancorp ( NYCB/PU ) said Thursday its board approved a one-for-three reverse stock split, following shareholder approval at the annual meeting on June 5.

The reverse split is expected to take effect in mid-to-late July, the company said.

Price: 3.0500, Change: -0.01, Percent Change: -0.33
