Lucid Diagnostics Shares Fall After Pricing Stock Offering

02:34 PM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lucid Diagnostics ( LUCD ) shares fell more than 25% in recent trading on Thursday, a day after the company priced its offering of

12.5 million shares at $1.20 per share.

Lucid said it expects to close the offering April 11. It plans to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Price: 1.23, Change: -0.43, Percent Change: -25.76
