Kite Realty Group Q4 Core FFO, Revenue Increase

04:51 PM EST, 02/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kite Realty Group ( KRG ) reported Q4 core FFO Tuesday of $0.52 per diluted share, up from $0.47 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.52.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $214.7 million, up from $200.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $208.6 million.

The company said it expects 2025 core FFO between $1.98 and $2.04 per diluted share.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.07.
