09:03 AM EDT, 09/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Integer Holdings ( ITGR ) said Monday it has agreed to sell its Electrochem business to Ultralife Corporation ( ULBI ) for $50 million in cash, subject to working capital adjustments.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of October.

The company said it expects the transaction to be neutral to its earnings per share.
